Iconcept

The ICONCEPT line is the new multi-process platform to print and convert high-end added value adhesive labels as it can combine every module to answer the needs of different markets applications. The platform is also modular and compatible for retrofit with all the modules from the ICONVERT and ICONTROL lines.
Flexo unit available in full rotary, servo full rotary and full servo semi rotary versions with UV/LED curing and IR/hot air drying systems.
Laminating and cold foil unit in fixed position or movable on rail.
Flatbed hot stamping/embosssing HGV with rotary head for cross foil or hot stamping & embossing on the same path with foil saver and dual heating zone for simultaneous hot foiling and embossing

Iconvert

The ICONVERT line is the new solution for labels converting and finishing from the ICON multi-process platform range, and integrates a large choice of modules completely servo-driven and independent for repeat length printing as well as registration.
The platform is also modular and compatible for retrofit with all the modules from the ICONVERT and ICONTROL lines.
Flexo unit in full rotary, servo full rotary and full servo semi rotary versions with UV/LED curing and IR/hot air drying systems.
Laminating and cold foil in fixed position or movable on rail.
Inkjet printing module. Twin labels or coupons and leaflet insertion module.

Iconvert Lite

The ICONVERT LITE is a compact solution from the ICON multi-process platform for labels post-printing converting and finishing. This solution was developped to answer the market needs for a compact entry level machine, without compromise on quality, at a more competitive price level, with the same accuracy and performance as the ICONVERT modular platform.

 

The ICONVERT LITE is therefore dedicated to post-printing converting and can be used off line or in line with digital printing presses.

The ICONNECT range , issued from the SMAG ICON Platform, is part of the id(ea)L technology (identification Label Technology) program developed by SMAG with the aim to be the most advanced actor in the intelligent label industry.
