Kompanija Intercoat predstavila je novi materijal – transparentni polipropilen za termalnu štampu. Ovaj materijal karakteriše permanentni akrilni lepak koji je otporan i na niske temperature koje nastaju usled dubokog zamrzavanja.
Karakteristike materijala :
- transparentni biaksijalni polipropilen
- funkcionalni premaz za postizanje maksimalnih mogućnosti termalne štampe
- permanentni akrilni lepak za širok spektar aplikacija, posebno pogodan za etikete i pakovanje hrane
- tehnologija lepka na bazi vode, bez mirisa, bez upotrebe toksičnih ili solventa štetnih po ljudsku okolinu
- nosač bez solventa u silikonu
- lepak je apliciran tako da ne curi pri isecanju, postoji mogućnost lepljenja etiketa pri velikim brzinama
- odobreno za direktan kontakt sa hranom
Ovaj materijal posebno je pogodan za pakovanja kod kojih etiketa ne prekriva celu površinu kako bi sadržaj bio vidljiv.

Lepak: permanentni akrilni lepak na bazi vode, pogodan za proizvode namenjene zamrzavanju. Lepak je testiran na temperaturi -20°C . Ovaj material je odobren za direktno apliciranje na suvim, vlažnim i masnim namirnicima.

The product 8842 K6d S8t is especially suitable for the labelling of packagings which are not supposed to be covered up by the label. This way, the content of the packaging remains visible to the customer and it is possibe to develop aesthetic packaging despite a large label surface.

Adhesive
Permanent, water-based acrylic adhesive, suitable for apolar, damp and cold surfaces as well as applications on frozen goods. The adhesive has been tested at temperatures down to -20°C on HDPE and glass substrates and shows a significant built-up in adhesive strength even at temperatures below freezing. It is approved for direct application on dry, moist, and such fatty foodstuffs for which a reduction factor of at least 2 can be assigned (ISEGA clearance certificate).
Peel adhesion according to FTM (24h on glass): 12 ± 4 N/25mm
Liner
Super-calandered glassine paper, high tensile strength, excellent die-cutting properties, solvent-free siliconisation for highest labelling velocities
